Not waiting for a waiter is great. It’s really nice when all you need to do in order to get your cocktail by the pool is a tap away! We also enjoyed our breakfast in bed. No more missed calls at the reception or misunderstandings. I wish I could save time by ordering through an app on my smartphone at all bars, restaurants and hotels.

It’s extremely helpful to monitor operations and view insights on your tablet. Discovering and recording your guests’ preferences on hotel facilities and services is the key to address them more effectively. Promote the right offer to the right guest, perfect your services and notice how your profits will grow - on the corresponding dashboard of course.

As a business man I’m always on the go. The meeting was going really well, but it was obvious it would last much longer. Reserving a table at the hotel’s restaurant and requesting a meeting room to use right after lunch - took less time than posting a tweet to announce the new partnership that was formed.

City Hotel in Vienna, Austria
The morning shift was always awfully tough on only two receptionists. Way too many phone calls from our guests about basic info - such as facilities, opening hours and travel guides, affected our work load. Since everything became available on the hotel’s concierge app the calls became less. More happy faces, even more satisfied guests.
